Hi! We're Michelle and Pierina, co-founders of Rayos Creative, a Latina-owned creative agency built on one core belief: that every story deserves to be told authentically.

We're originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, raised in Houston, Texas, and grew up in a family where art and sports weren't just hobbies. They were a way of life. That mix of creativity and passion is exactly how this agency came to be.

Michelle is the creative engine and brains behind Rayos. With a background in animation and commercial production, she founded the agency with a vision to do creative differently, done right and with purpose.

Pie is our video and sports girl through and through. Fueled by a lifelong love of sports and FC Barcelona, she joined Michelle on the mission to bring that same fire to storytelling, authentic, electric, and real.

Together, we're Rayos. And we're just getting started.
